After a few years in hospitality management, Jill pivoted into the financial services industry, where her passion for financial planning, investment management, and tax planning was sparked. During her two decades with a well-respected RIA firm in Tysons Corner, Jill discovered that her skills were best suited to building and enhancing the operational infrastructure that supports service professionals.

As the Director of Operations, Jill oversees essential internal processes crucial for Centurion’s success. In addition, she fosters the professional growth and well-being of her team members. Her proven organizational skills create a solid foundation for the team and the firm to grow. She smoothly manages the company’s operations and continually seeks ways to innovate and streamline.

In her dual role as Chief Compliance Officer, Jill’s is key in maintaining Centurion’s commitment to regulatory excellence. Meticulously guiding compliance efforts, she adheres to industry regulations and standards. Her understanding of the regulatory landscape coupled with a proactive approach contributes significantly to the firm’s ethical operations.

Jill achieved a significant milestone in her professional journey by obtaining an MBA degree with a concentration in executive leadership from James Madison University in December 2023. This accomplishment demonstrates her commitment to continuous learning, fortifying her leadership capabilities and providing Centurion with added strategic insight and expertise in navigating the ever-changing financial services landscape.
