It’s no secret. My personality type lends itself classically to being an Integrator. I’m that guy that loves to stand back, take it all in, come up with a plan of action, then resolve the issues one by one – bringing order to the chaos. And this is true not only in work, but personally as well (ask my wife!)

And so you can imagine how this translates in business. Whether it’s leading a team, resolving operational challenges, or ensuring that all parts of a business are aligned, I find real satisfaction in driving things forward and seeing it all come to life.
