I am Audra and I have a passion for helping companies achieve their best. To do this well it means having a heart and mind that share empathy while also providing direction and accountable cadence to the people I serve.

I have a knack for partnering with companies to help them transform to the next level through people, process and purpose. I am defined as a problem solver who likes innovation while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture. I work to find out team members motivators and help persuade and then motivate them towards goals. I have an intuitive understanding of team cohesion, team dynamics as well as interpersonal relationships
