Before stepping into Corporate America, Chad spent over 15 years in lead pastoral ministry where he held C-level positions and had the opportunity to build and develop teams, lead corporate mergers, and cut his teeth on how to support and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, giving him a unique skillset on managing a business’ most important asset – people. Every business is a people business.

More recently, he has worked with several EOS®️ driven organizations over the past 8 years, and is currently the Integrator and Director of Operations at Traveling Coaches, a training and consulting firm specializing in Legal IT, compliance training, and talent development. Chad has a proven track record of building high performing corporate teams as well as building and scaling award-winning programs servicing multinational firms.

Chad is an expert super user of Culture Index-a strengths and personality assessment that places the right person in the right seats. Chad’s profile is a “Friendly Architect”. He is also a certified Change Management Practitioner and passionate about creating and implementing strategies that align with business goals.

Chad has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amy for 24 years. They have two amazing kids (18 and 17) and are excitedly on the cusp of being empty nesters! They both love riding his Harley Davidson as often as possible and exploring new places together. He also loves the outdoors and reading spy novels in his free time.
