Dana is the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator for Cooper Elliott, a distinguished law firm in Columbus, Ohio. Dana leads firm operations, integrates key business functions, and works closely with leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies for growth. Dana fosters a collaborative, high-performing work environment, ensuring the firm’s values and mission are upheld.

Previously, Dana was Head of Operations and Integrator at Solistic Decision Sciences, a Salesforce data consultancy. Dana played a pivotal role in doubling the company’s revenue and scaling a global team of data consultants, leading to its acquisition by Spaulding Ridge in September 2023.

Post-acquisition, Dana integrated legacy people, processes, and systems into Spaulding Ridge, and oversaw reporting and analytics for the Salesforce and DocuSign practice leaders. Most recently, Dana led Salesforce Alliances, focusing on building and implementing business plans to enhance sales, build core competencies, and foster trusted relationships critical for growth.

Dana graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business and holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. Committed to continuous learning, Dana takes professional education courses through Denison University.
