David has been an Integrator since 2015, first as a full-time Integrator for a fast growth franchise system and now as a Fractional Integrator for multiple companies running on EOS®. He founded “F.I.T.” The Fractional Integrator Team in 2022 to help develop other Fractional Integrators and serve the needs of more Visionaries. He is a Pro Member of the Integrator Mastery Forum, Graduate of the Integrator Master Class, and has worked with several different companies as a Fractional Integrator to create traction with EOS® and establish a bridge to a full-time role. David serves companies virtually across North America or on site in the Greater Atlanta area.

David is strong in the Operations and Finance functions and has positioned multiple brands to reach their next level of growth. He is industry agnostic but has C-level leadership experience in retail, restaurant, business coaching, franchising, medical services, construction, fitness and travel. He thrives in entrepreneurial environments working with Visionaries that need discipline and focus to grow. David’s greatest strength is building high performing teams that then build companies people can be passionate about.

David’s Kolbe is 8-6-2-4, his Integrator Crystallizer score is 91/100. When not facilitating a Level 10 or helping a Visionary vet the latest great idea, he can be found outdoors – but he will return calls even from the trail.
