Erick Garcia founded Hedgeway Group to offer Fractional Integrator services in 2016 after he noticed a need to serve visionaries from someone who knows the business owner’s mindset. Erick is an integrator and builder. He has started, bought, and sold several businesses throughout his career. Erick gets the challenges and successes business owners face day to day. He brings over 30 years of experience and is dedicated to helping business owners execute on their vision and leveraging his know-how for the success of his clients.

Erick has also formed joint ventures and partnerships domestically and internationally and has had success in working with executive teams at Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves on the board of directors for both non-profit and for-profit enterprises. He is bilingual and bicultural in Spanish and has worked throughout Latin America his whole career.

Erick has best practice expertise in multiple business environments and the ability to come in and quickly assess priorities and challenges. With proven processes, he can locate the pain points of any organization and give effective road map solutions on how to alleviate those challenges.
