Hello! I’ve been operating under the term Integrator™ since 2020, when I graduated from Rocket Fuel University™. I’ve always been an Integrator at heart, though, helping organizations achieve clarity by organizing what will lead to a fulfilled vision and removing what distracts from it. Currently, I’m a member of the Integrator Mastery Forum™ and a Fractional Integrator™ serving companies virtually across North America as well as on site in southern Utah and the Greater Las Vegas area.

I help entrepreneurs clarify and achieve their Vision for their business by helping them prioritize the Six Key Components™. Through the use of practical tools provided by EOS®, I oversee harnessing People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction® to achieve the Vision, grow the business, give back control of the business (instead of it controlling you), and allow the Visionary the freedom to choose where they invest their time.

People are my motivation and I place a high emphasis on culture. I believe taking care of people and having open and honest engagement with them go hand-in-hand with and are necessary for achieving a Vision. A business is an incredible opportunity to be a steward of people, not a user of people.

My Kolbe is 9-7-4-1 with an Integrator Crystallizer score of 98/100. I have industry experience in the education, media, events, entertainment, services, religious, and health sectors.

I’m a husband, father, explorer, musician, appreciate a sense of humor, and believe in building things that will better people’s lives.
