Janira Aleszczyk is the Legal Administrator and Integrator at TonaLaw. TonaLaw is a law firm which specializes in personal injury, civil litigation and no-fault collections.

Janira has a degree in Business Administration Specializing in Legal as well as a degree in Business Management. Janira also currently sits on the board of the Association of Legal Administrators Long Island Chapter.

It is her job to manage all of the moving pieces of the day to day operations of the firm. She is responsible for meeting with all department heads and having a pulse on all aspects of the business. She reports directly to the firm Visionary.

She is a wife and mother of two and when she is not working loves spending time with her family and traveling.
