Jonathan serves as the full-time Integrator at the Foundation for Government Accountability, a public policy nonprofit with nearly 100 staff and contractors based in more than 25 states and DC. He and his Visionary found the Entrepreneurial Operating System® and implemented it in 2018, and fell in love with the simplicity and structure that EOS® brings. His passion is to help Visionaries accomplish their big ideas, and he particularly enjoys helping entrepreneurial nonprofit leaders build high-performing organizations.

Jonathan is also an attorney, lover of reading, history, and travel, and a private pilot. He lives in Noblesville, a suburb of Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife and four children.
