Kurt Murphy is the owner of Focused Business Systems and a member of True Fractional Integrators™.

With over 30 years of business leadership experience, including being introduced to EOS® in 2019 when hired to serve as the President and COO for a wealth management firm with offices in 5 States, Kurt is all in on EOS and the value the process brings to business owners and their teams. After helping the Visionary significantly enhance the structure, teamwork, communication, and overall organizational value, concluding in a successful exit transaction for the Visionary, Kurt is now focused on serving as an experienced Integrator on a fractional basis.

Kurt exclusively works with companies that run on EOS and are working with an Implementer, allowing him to accelerate the EOS Process^® for his clients. Kurt is all about effectively using the EOS Process to create a professional team first environment in lock step with personal accountability.

When he’s not busy helping clients, Kurt and his wife enjoy concerts, hiking, hanging out at the Detroit Athletic Club, and visiting their three children living in Chicago, Nashville, and New York.
