Stephany Day is an experienced Integrator, Chief Operating Officer, and Project Management Professional (PMP). Her PMP certification has been upheld through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and also by a formal certification through Cornell University. Her knowledge as an integrator is backed not only by her experience but also by an Integrator Masterclass Certificate.
In the past decade, Stephany received various awards including an Employee of The Year recognition for introducing her company to Traction, rolling out EOS personally and reducing company costs through dedicated project management and standardization, saving her company millions of dollars.
Before devoting herself full-time to FreshOne, a national fresh food logistics and warehousing provider, Stephany worked with Catalyst Fractional Integrators where she rolled out EOS to various companies, advised Visionaries from dozens of industries and mentored Integrators and employees alike. As an unashamed life-long learner, Stephany finds ways of improving both herself and her teams consistently. In more recent years Stephany has dedicated herself to combining her project management and EOS knowledge with Lean – a method that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation.
Stephany is a proud Texas A&M Aggie, ENTJ, Enneagram Type 8 and Kolbe 9-6-2-3. She resides in North Texas with her husband Jared, their son Jackson, a tortoise, and two dogs. She’s always happy to recommend a good book or add another to her list so don’t be afraid to reach out!
