Tony is the President and Integrator for KeyStone Search. KeyStone Search is a retained executive search firm specializing in companies Running on EOS™.

KeyStone has become a go-to for Visionaries looking to identify and hire the right Integrator. KeyStone was the search firm of choice for EOS Worldwide when they hired their new Integrator in 2016 and was tapped again to assist with the search for a new Visionary in 2020.

Tony is an expert at working with Visionaries to help them determine the level of Integrator needed to support the needs of their growing business.

He and his wife, Tina, live in Cottage Grove, MN and have two children who are very active in sports and theatre. During the summer, they like to spend as much time as possible at the lake fishing and boating. In his spare time, Tony also enjoys competing in triathlons and other extreme races.
